JI Hotel (Shanghai The Bund Jiujiang Road)

The hotel is located just 475 meters from the Bund, about a 10-minute walk.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Early check-in is available upon request and may be subject to a fee.

Check-out time: 12:00 noon. Late check-out requires prior arrangement with the front desk.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Should you notice any smoke odor upon entering your room, please contact the front desk immediately. We will arrange for a room change or provide fresh linens and ventilation.

Please note that some room types do not have exterior windows. Refer to the room description when booking.

The hotel does not have connecting suites. While we will try to accommodate requests for adjacent rooms, this cannot be guaranteed.

The front desk can assist with booking taxis for departures. Fare estimates are available upon inquiry.

Please note: The hotel does not​ provide airport pickup service.

Guests are reminded to keep personal belongings with them in taxis. Recovery of lost items may be delayed and could involve a return fee requested by the driver.

Our front desk staff can provide local dining suggestions，but non-professional.

A variety of small, medium, and large restaurants are located next to the hotel.

The hotel can receive parcels for guests. However, storage space is limited.

To avoid loss or damage, we do not recommend sending large packages in advance.

Typical delivery time in Shanghai is within 3–5 days. We advise placing orders accordingly to minimize storage time and risk.
